Ebiseu

Ebisu is a curry restaurant in Dongmyeong-dong, Gwangju. It serves Japanese-style curry made with onions cooked for 210 minutes each day to draw out sweetness, along with half-and-half menu items. The curry sauce uses only plant-based ingredients, and a salty steamed egg dish comes with it by default. The sign reads sushi and curry, but the restaurant handles only curry dishes.
