Mudeung Wang Donkatsu

Mudeung Wangdonkkaseu is a donkkaseu restaurant in the Sangmu district of Gwangju. It serves a large, thinly fried wangdonkkaseu with its own sauce, cream soup, lettuce, ssamjang, and green chili peppers. A line can form during the lunch peak, and orders are placed on a table tablet or kiosk, with fast turnover bringing the food out quickly. The wangdonkkaseu portion is large, so eating two can feel like too much.
