Imja Kalguksu

Imja Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant on the road toward Yongjangsa and Baedong in the Namsan area of Gyeongju. Its signature dish is kalguksu, knife-cut noodles served in a clear beef broth made from Hanwoo bone stock with mung bean sprouts and large scallions, and it can be accompanied by a spicy pepper seasoning. The parking lot is large, and the dining room and kitchen are clean. The buchujeon is made with almost no flour and comes out crisp, topped with squid and shrimp.
