Biyeon

Biyeon is a Chinese restaurant in Busan serving tangsuyuk, rajogi, and samseon haemeul jjampong. The tangsuyuk is fried with glutinous rice flour mixed into the batter, giving it a chewy texture. The jjampong is neither spicy nor salty, with a clear, refreshing broth. The jjajangmyeon has little of the distinctive ganjjajang flavour.
