Jeongseokjip

Jeongseokjip is a meat restaurant in Busan that grills beef and pork. It serves dwaeji galbi, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and a beef platter, with vegetables and sauces taken freely from a self-service bar. On weekday lunchtimes you can walk in, but in the evening and at commuting hours a wait forms and orders are placed through a table order system. The store gets loud when it is busy, which makes conversation difficult.
