Wattda Hoetjip is a hoe restaurant in the Jwadong traditional market in Haeundae, Busan, serving assorted hoe, jeoneo, and maeuntang. It pairs thick, fresh hoe with only the side dishes the fish requires. One plate of assorted hoe is enough for two people to eat as anju with drinks. The restaurant draws many customers, so the raw fish turns over quickly.
