Chaeseondang, Seongjeong

Chaeseondang Songjeong is a chain restaurant in Gwang-eogol near Songjeong Beach in Busan that serves Vietnamese wraps and shabu-shabu. The broth is boiled with beef, gyeongjeongchae, napa cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and crown daisy, and the salad bar adds fried peppers, dakgangjeong, jjolmyeon, and ice cream. On Saturday evenings the salad bar closes at 8:30 PM, and Songjeong sea is visible. The salad bar is small, with few food types and small portions.
