Cheongpungho Eotang

Cheongpungho Eotang is an eotang restaurant in Busan that serves sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), noodles, and a bowl of rice on the side. One pot comes with sujebi and noodles, and rice is added at the end to finish it as eojuk. There is no separate lunch break, and the eotang sari must be added when the order is first placed. The broth is not spicy and has a deep flavor.
