Daedokjang Centum Branch

Daedokjang Centum is a kimchi stew restaurant on the second floor across from the Centum post office in Haeundae-gu, Busan. The kimchi stew comes in a large pot and is boiled at the table, served alongside duruchigi and jeyuk bokkeum. Rice is cooked to order in a small electric rice cooker, and diners fry their own dalgyal huri at the cooking counter. The kimchi stew is on the salty side and tastes of seasoning.
