Gaemijip BEXCO Branch

Gaemijip Bexco Branch is a Korean restaurant inside the Bexco exhibition hall in Busan that serves nakgopsae, a dish made with octopus, gopchang (grilled intestines), and shrimp. The nakgopsae is seasoned so that no single ingredient dominates, in the style of gopchang jeongol or nakji jeongol. Diners mix it with rice, seaweed flakes, and a seasoned chive salad in a large rice bowl, then fry the remaining rice. Side dishes are dongchimi, kimchi, and seasoned cucumber.
