Jeongdam Saenggogi is a Korean barbecue restaurant in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, serving a mixed set, galmaegisal, and samgyeopsal. The raw meat is sliced to order, and the galmaegisal releases its juices when dipped in salt. The cuts are aged, the side dishes are made by the owner, and a lunch special is available.
