It serves Hong Kong-style dim sum, pot rice, and noodle dishes, including clear beef noodle soup, whole shrimp shumai, and xiaolongbao. The pot rice, called pojaipan, forms a crust of scorched rice at the bottom. Noodles come out relatively quickly, but pojaipan takes considerable time, and payment is made in advance at the entrance.
