Soritgil Guksu

Soritgil Guksu is a noodle shop on a country lane beside a valley in Busan, serving haetae kalguksu, mul guksu, janchi guksu, bibim guksu, and kong guksu. It serves spicy haetae kalguksu with buchujeon, and mul guksu comes with well-fermented kimchi. Guests eat while listening to the sound of the valley water, and the shop is closed on Fridays and Saturdays. The entrance is hard to see, so it is difficult to find the first time.
