Kakuuchi Nagano Saketen is on the first floor of Hakata Riverain in Fukuoka, in front of the Hotel Okura entrance. It is a liquor shop selling sake and whisky, with a standing counter that serves several kinds of Japanese alcohol, draft beer, and chuhai sets alongside tsukemono. Drinking starts at noon, and bottles you like can be bought and taken home. Service differs depending on the staff member.
