さるーて

Sarute is an old coffee shop in the basement of an office building in Fukuoka, brewing siphon coffee. Hot coffee is made by siphon and iced coffee by drip, and blended coffee comes with fresh cream, milk and sugar. The owner, a woman who has run the coffee business alone for 43 years, operates the shop by herself. The cafe allows smoking, so it is not suitable for non-smokers.
