Miyake

Miyake Udon is an old udon shop in Kamigofukumachi, Fukuoka. It serves maruten udon in a katsuobushi and kombu broth, with unlimited green onions to add. Hours are 11am to 5pm, and it is closed on Sundays. The noodles are thick and on the soft side, so the texture divides people.
