Juyoshi is a Japanese restaurant in Harajuku, Tokyo, serving dishes built around seasonal ingredients. The menu is entirely omakase, centered on a deep, simple dashi flavor and preparations that bring out the ingredients. The restaurant appears in volume 44 of the manga Oishinbo and was also featured in Kodoku no Gurume. It is a high-end kaiseki meal, so stopping in casually is a burden.
