Kei Heung Bakery is a long-standing neighbourhood bakery in Mong Kok that sells both traditional Chinese pastries and Western-style bread. It makes walnut pastries, lotus seed paste pastries with salted egg yolk, and chicken cakes. From the first to the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month, mooncakes are made in-store and sold individually or by the box. Around Mid-Autumn Festival the shop focuses on mooncakes and pauses most of its other pastries.
