Queen Sophie is a bakery in Sheung Wan that bakes puff pastry tarts in several flavours. Its main items are the classic egg tart and the milk tea and pistachio tarts, and it also sells croissants and waffles. The shop is open from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and inside there is a standing counter and self-service water. Flies move around inside the shop, so hygiene management falls short.
