Aburi-EN

Aburi-EN serves Japanese rice bowls and ramen in the MOKO shopping mall in Mong Kok. Its main dishes are flame-grilled Miyazaki wagyu ramen, a pork rice bowl, and a rice bowl topped with a whole eel prepared three ways. At the entrance, diners choose their party size, take a waiting number, and enter when staff call it. The eel bowl is eaten plain, or with wasabi, sesame, seaweed, and scallions mixed in, or with brown rice tea broth poured over it.
