HANARE is a Japanese omakase restaurant in Central, Hong Kong that serves wagyu and seafood. The course presents wagyu prepared in different ways, along with light fried sea bass, abalone, ankimo, and grilled beef tongue. Within a single course the meat and seafood are cooked by different methods, and each plate is plated with care. The food is high in quality, and the price range is on the high side.
