Qingtang Nanwang

Ching Tang Nan Wang is a local restaurant in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong, near Mido Cafe. It serves wonton noodles, fried rice, and curry. The signature dishes are shrimp wonton noodles, wonton noodles with beef brisket and shrimp wontons split half and half, and XO sauce fried rice. There are only four tables, food comes out relatively quickly, and the plastic chopsticks are left greasy, so hygiene is something you handle yourself.
