Mippeuda is a Japanese-style Western restaurant in Seoul. Its signature dish is hormone tantan nabe in a doenjang-based broth, served alongside menchikatsu, fried shrimp, and mero gui. Lunch runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but early ingredient sell-outs can prevent service. The myeongran pasta is more ordinary than the other dishes.
