Gontran Cherrier Jamsil, in Samjeon-dong, Seoul, sells salt bread, ciabatta, croissants and sandwiches, and takes its name from a French bakery chef. The salt bread has a crisp outside and a moist inside, and the emmental sandwich and black olive ciabatta are also available. Bread ordered to eat in is warmed and set out, and the shop has three four-person tables and three two-person tables inside plus a patio outside. The selection of bread and the number of seats are small, so the space is cramped.
