Sinjeju Ppaparaggi is a local dessert cafe selling patbingsu in the middle of a busy commercial district in Jeju City. The basic patbingsu comes topped with corn chips, and the ice can be chosen as either fine or slightly coarse. Even the small size is too large for two people to finish. The operating hours are short.
