Sanbang Restaurant Jeju

Sanbang Sikdang Jeju Branch is a naengmyeon restaurant in the alley behind the Jeju Fire Station in Ido-dong, Jeju City, serving Jeju-style milmyeon and pork suyuk. The milmyeon uses thick medium noodles, offered as mul milmyeon in broth or bibim milmyeon, and the suyuk comes with a gochujang sauce. Seats fill up during lunch hours, and in midsummer the wait can run 10 to 20 minutes. The parking lot is small relative to the number of customers.
