About Coffee Chilseong is a cafe in Jeju that sells coffee and dessert, near Tapdong, and uses the first through third floors. It offers an americano and dessert set, and ordering only coffee comes with a discount instead of dessert. Before 10 a.m. americano is discounted, and the third floor has a view of the sea. There are many seats, but when customers crowd in it gets hectic and the seating layout is also uncomfortable.
