Dasoni

Dasone is a traditional tea house in downtown Jeju that serves vegetable-focused Korean food and traditional tea. Its main dishes are perilla seed sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), lotus leaf rice, and bibimbap, with side dishes built around vegetables and namul and kept lightly seasoned. Meals are served beside full-length windows that look out onto greenery, and the seasonal menu offers young radish noodles in summer and sweet red bean porridge in winter. Floor seating and low tables make sitting for a long meal uncomfortable.
