Cheonghojeong

Cheonghojeong is a restaurant in Jeju that serves hairtail jorim and mackerel kimchi jorim. The hairtail jorim contains thick cuts of hairtail, radish, and gosari, and the seasoning is well soaked in. In an old-fashioned dining room setting, bean sprout muchim and bean sprout soup come as basic side dishes, and yeolmu bokkeum can be refilled. Damselfish (jaridom) hoe is eaten with fresh zhenpi leaves.
