Dami Hoe

Dami Hoe is a raw fish restaurant directly in front of the Jeju City Hall, serving aged sawara hoe and Jeju saengseon hoe. The sawara hoe comes with saenggim, rice, a house sauce, and aged kimchi or pa kimchi, along with head gui and a clear soup. Sushi, seafood ramyeon, jiri-tang, and albap are served as well. The restaurant does not handle frozen sawara and uses only fresh raw fish.
