Gogachi

Gogachi is a black pork restaurant in Jeju City. It serves black pork selected from black pigs raised on a farm at 700 meters on Hallasan, and staff grill the meat through to the end. Arriving at opening time still means the restaurant fills up later, so reservations are needed. The pork collar can be a little tough and needs more cooking.
