Gwangeo Gongbang

Gwang-eo Gongbang is a takeout-only shop in Jeju serving aged flounder hoe (raw fish) and salmon hoe (raw fish). You can choose assorted hoe (raw fish platter) with flounder, salmon, yellowtail, and mackerel, or sushi in different sizes. Flounder and salmon can be selected in half-done and fully done versions, including a half-and-half combination. Pickled vegetables, soy sauce, and dipping sauce come with the order, and there are no tables inside, so it must be eaten after takeout.
