Hibiki Island Jeju Nohyeong serves Japanese-style udon, sandos and rolls in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju. The eomuk udon comes with a salty broth, and the tamago sando requires a reservation. Dishes are presented neatly and look good. The dining space is on the small side.
