Jaehyeokine Guksu

Jaehyeokine Guksu is a noodle shop near Ido Elementary School in Ido-dong, Jeju City, across from Ido Jugong 3 Complex, serving gogi-guksu and sundae-gukbap. The gogi-guksu comes with a rich broth and a generous amount of meat, and the shop also offers myeolchi-guksu, bibim-guksu, and jeyuk-bokkeum. The jeyuk-bokkeum is served with a ttukbaegi of sulguk, and diners season the sundae-gukbap themselves. The noodles are sometimes cooked long enough that they are less chewy.
