Jeongsu Yong Sikdang

Jeongsuyong Sikdang is near Jeju Airport and grills pork collar over charcoal. The owner cooks the meat at each table from start to finish. It runs by reservation, so you have to book before you go. Aside from pork collar and doenjang jjigae, there are no other menu items.
