Kim Manduk Gaeckju is a tavern-style restaurant in a traditional Jeju thatched house at Seobu-du in Geonip-dong, Jeju City, serving Kim Manduk jeongsik, momguk, and traditional sundae. Kim Manduk jeongsik comes with pork and grilled mackerel, and momguk is a mild soup with gulfweed in a red broth. On rainy days, the menu adds pajeon and house-made Manduk makgeolli, which is thicker than commercial versions. The space restores the site of an old inn, so its sense of history is limited.
