Kyudo

Qudo is a Japanese ramen shop in Ido-dong, Jeju, serving iekei ramen and abura soba. The iekei ramen has standard noodle thickness and doneness, and the saltiness can be adjusted on request. It comes with smoked chashu, minced onion, and blanched spinach. Refills of rice and noodles are free.
