Macho Myeontak is a handmade ramen shop in Jeju that focuses on sansho ramen. Its signature Macho Myeon tops thick fresh noodles with stir-fried pork, chashu, ajitama, bean sprouts, and scallions, seasoned with Chinese spices. On weekdays, Macho Myeon can be ordered through the opening run. A large parking lot and parking staff are available, and the strong sansho and mayu aroma makes finishing the broth a challenge.
