Majimak Haenyeo

Last Haenyeo is a raw fish restaurant near Jeju City Hall, close to the Gosan Dongsan bus stop in Jeju. Assorted hoe is the default order, served with aged yellowtail, sea bream, and flounder, along with fried and braised dishes. The fish is eaten wrapped in dolgim seaweed and aged kimchi with sari, a rice mixed with vinegar seasoning. The restaurant stays open until sunrise, and the hoe is cut thick rather than thin.
