Modajeong Haejangguk Jeju

Jeju Modajeong Haejangguk is a Jeju-style hangover soup restaurant behind E-Mart in Jeju City that serves momguk and gosari yukgaejang. The momguk is made with pork broth and a generous amount of gulfweed, while the gosari yukgaejang comes with a thick broth and plenty of gosari. It opens early in the morning and serves house-made kimchi with miyeok muchim, anchovies, and perilla leaf as side dishes. Food tends to come out slowly.
