Myeongdong Son Kalguksu

Myeongdong Son Kalguksu is a noodle shop near Jeju Dongmun Market that serves dak kalguksu, kimchi kalguksu, and haemul kalguksu alongside gimbap. The dak kalguksu uses chewy handmade noodles in chicken broth, and the kimchi kalguksu contains spicy kimchi. The shop has been open for 25 years, and a line forms shortly after noon; one bowl of kalguksu is large enough for two people to share. It sits on the edge of Dongmun Market with no parking, so nearby public parking lots must be used.
