Namhae Susan sells takeout live-fish hoe inside the seafood market at Jeju Dongmun Market. Tell them which fish you want among yellowtail, sea bream, flounder, mackerel and busiri, and how many people, and thick-cut hoe is prepared to order. On arrival you take a number and wait, and mackerel hoe can only be ordered before 5 p.m. Soy sauce and chojang are provided, but there are no vegetables, ssamjang or chopsticks, and payment is by cash or bank transfer only.
