Oedo Sogeumgui in Jeju serves black pork grilled over charcoal. Its signature dishes are black pork salt-grilled, pork belly, and pork collar, each served in 200 g portions. When you order pork belly and pork jowl, the staff grills the meat for you, and steamed egg with a “bomb” effect can be added. All signature dishes are ordered in 200 g portions.
