Singsing Hoe Center

Singsing Hoe Center is a raw fish and seafood restaurant inside Jeju Dongmun Market. It serves hoe-deopbap, sea urchin bibimbap, abalone porridge, and grilled hairtail, and the assorted hoe comes with side dishes and soup. Multiple dishes such as abalone seafood hot pot, sea urchin bibimbap, and grilled fish can be ordered at once. Whole grilled hairtail takes a long time and requires diners to remove the bones themselves.
