Tamna Jeong Mulhoe

Tamurak Jeongmulhoe is a Jeju local food restaurant in the court alley of Jeju City. It serves tilefish (okdom) hoe on a traditional glacial acetic acid base, along with tilefish (okdom) muguk and hairtail soup. It sits across from Ramada City Hall, and office workers and regular locals nearby are its main customers. The hoe has a stronger gochujang taste than the sour Jeju style.
