Uraimone

Yuraimone is a hotteok shop at Exit 1 of Jeju Dongmun Market. It makes seed hotteok, vegetable hotteok, and mugwort hotteok to order. For the vegetable hotteok, the dough is rolled wide and filled with vegetables and glass noodles, folded over so the filling reaches the edges. The hotteok comes out hot and crisp.
