Yumeyama

Yumeyama is a Japanese restaurant inside the Hyatt hotel in Jeju that serves sushi and teppanyaki omakase. The course brings sushi, hoe, tempura, steak and seafood dishes in sequence, along with teppanyaki scallop and abalone. It opens only for dinner from 5 p.m., and the amount of rice is adjusted according to the course. The courses tend to be short on quantity for their price.
