Yusin Hoejip

Yusin Hoejip is a seafood restaurant in Ildoil-dong, Jeju. It serves ttak-saeu hoe and mackerel hoe, along with hairtail jorim and maeuntang. Takeout orders are available, and the maeuntang has been made with rockfish bodies and sea bream heads. The hoe is prepared in advance, so it differs from freshly caught raw fish.
