Jjokjjok Galbi is a meat restaurant in Busan that serves pork jjok galbi and pork skin. The jjok galbi is pre-grilled so it can be eaten right away, and it comes with basic pork skin and bean sprout soup. Jumeokbap and dosirak can also be ordered. The dosirak is on the disappointing side.
