Beomsu Cook House

Beomsu Cook House is a restaurant in Hamdeok, Jeju, serving black pork donkatsu and gogi-guksu. The black pork cutlet is juicy and comes with wasabi and salted hairtail innards on the side. The beom-guksu is eaten with noodles and bean sprouts together, and mixing in garlic deepens the broth. The abalone and turban shell bibim-guksu includes sprouts and comes with a tangy sauce.
